| Support page | How can I login? There is no option to register?There is no need to login if you haven't bought something in our shop before. An account will automatically be created for you after a successful order placement. Then you can login to view your order details and/or re-use the account for any future purchases. | I have just bought something here in the Live for Speed shop, but on my credit card statement it says "Yordise". How is that?Yordise is the business that runs this shop, in the name of Live for Speed. Therefore any order you place here is processed by Yordise and they also process your payment, so you will see their name on your card statement and not Live for Speed's. | Which shipment methods are available?We use the postal services of the TNT group. Shipments that fit through your mailbox-slot will be sent through regular mail. For the bigger, boxed shipments there are parcel services available from very basic up to reasonably high priority shipments. We do not support 'overnight' shipment methods. | How long will it take for my order to arrive?This heavily depends on where you live in relation to The Netherlands, where this shop is located, and on the shipment type that you select for delivery. Dutch customers usually get their order the next day. European delivery time varies from 2-14 days, again depending on distance and shipment type. All other destinations should expect delivery times of 1 up to 3 weeks. | Can I track my shipment?If you have selected a shipment method that supports track & trace, you can. | I have a tracable shipment. How do I track it?If you have chosen a tracable shipment type, you can find its tracking number on your account page here on the website, printed along with your order details. With this tracking number you can go to www.tracktrace.nl to learn more about the status of your shipment. You can also send us a mail through our contact form and we will inquire for you. | I try to lookup my tracable shipment at www.tracktrace.nl, but it says it doesn't exist?Your shipment's details will become available at www.tracktrace.nl when your shipment has entered their system. This usually happens during the night, so if you have just placed your order, please wait until the next day and then try to look it up again. |
