The Live for Speed merchandise shop is run by Yordise merchandise, whose main goals are to provide high quality products and a good service to its customers and spends a lot of effort in trying to achieve that goal. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with a certain aspect of our products or service, please let us know about it via the support page so that we may help you out if necessary and also improve the quality of this shop.

This shop is run by Yordise merchandise. This means that when you buy something in this shop, you will be paying Yordise and not Live for Speed merchandise. This will also be visible on your credit card statement. If you pay directly via credit card, it will state "WWW.YORDISE.COM/+31108482969". If you used PayPal, your statement will say "YORDISE" or "YORDISE MERCHANDISE".

When you have made a payment, you will receive information about it in two ways :
1) via email
2) via your invoice. You can download this invoice from the accounts page at any time, after logging in. You will also receive the same invoice, printed, along with your shipment.

It is important that you store these in case you have a question about your order. Without any order-details we cannot assist you.

When you have successfully placed your order (that is, after a successfull payment), we will process your order within 1 work-day. This means that your order will be shipped within 24 hours, except during weekends.
Orders placed before 16:00 CET will be shipped the same day, except during weekends.

Yordise will deduct the owed funds as soon as the bank allows. This can be instantly, or with a delay depending on your agreement with your card-issuer.

When you are about to make a payment on the Live for Speed merchandise shop and choose credit card as your payment method, you will be forwarded to a so called 'dedicated payment gateway', a specialised business and website for online payments. This means that we ourselves will never see any of your credit card details - in fact, noone at all will ever see your card details (apart from your cardholder name and address) because all these systems are automated and heavily encrypted for your safety.

Internet fraud unfortunately still is a big problem for online retailers. That is why we've spent some time developing additional payment verifications and legality-checks that we apply to every payment made on our website. If for some reason we are in doubt about the legality of a payment, we reserve the right to cancel it and cancel the order. We cannot be held liable for any credit card usage fee that you may receive anyway.
Some may also notice that the list of shipment countries is not extensive. This is because high-risk countries have been left out. Shipments are only possible to those countries that are available for selection.

Yordise has global shipping options. It uses all the services the postal office has to offer. This means that there are budget shipping methods and some faster ones that usually are also tracable.
Shipment time depends heavily on the country the shipment must go to. Shipments start in the Netherlands, so european residents will usually have their package delivered reasonably soon. Indications of delivery time are available wherever you are presented with shipping options.
When you enter your shipment address, please consider where you want it delivered : at home or at work. Postal deliveries usually occur during daytime, so if noone is at home during daytime, your work address might be a good alternative.
If noone is at home to accept the package, the mailman can in some circumstances leave the package with your neighbour and put a notice in your mailbox. Alternatively the mailman may decide to leave you a card with a phone number you may have to call for further delivery instructions (eg. to arrange a specific delivery time, or a pick up by yourself). This all depends on your local postal office's regulations.

The basic shipping options we provide do not have to be signed for upon delivery; they are not "guaranteed deliveries" and also cannot be traced. Neither Live for Speed nor Yordise can therefore be held responsible if your order gets lost in the mail. This rarely happens of course, but you should be aware.
For this reason there is also a "guaranteed" shipping option available. If a shipment with that option is lost, we take the responsibility for it and will reship your order at no extra cost.
The tracable shipment types also come with "guaranteed delivery". If such a shipment gets lost in the mail, we will take the responibility for it and will re-ship your order at no extra cost.
The shipping method selection page in the checkout section indicates which method is tracable and which is not.

Items can be returned :
-If they arrived damaged,
-If they have not been used (still in their plastic wrapping),
-Within 30 days after the payment date

You can choose to have an item replaced, or refunded.
The address of Yordise is printed on your invoice (included with your shipment and downloadable from this website). You will have to pay for the return-shipment yourself. A replacement shipment is free of charge.
